Math for Kids Ohio helps parents and kids find math practice that’s actually fun. This page explains who we are and how our content is made.
Our story
Math for Kids Ohio began with a simple observation in an after-school program: the kids who played math games pulled ahead of the kids who only did worksheets — and they enjoyed it more. We started collecting the best games, riddles and apps to share with families, and the site grew from there.
Our mission
Our mission is to make everyday math feel like play, so children build real number confidence without pressure — and so busy parents have trustworthy activities at their fingertips.
Editorial standards
- Kid-tested. We favour activities we’ve seen actually engage children.
- Age-appropriate. We say who each activity is for and why.
- Independent. We recommend tools on merit, never for payment.
